How does the retainer work?
We thrive on client flexibility, so we offer a monthly retainer of hours to you that you can assign to any and all of our digital expertise. You pay for your hours up front, we get to work and send you a time report at the end of the month for you to see what value-adding activities took up the time you've paid for. You will then be billed for the following month on the same day each month for us to continue creating magic for you and your business.
Am I obligated to take out a retainer?
Not at all, we are often brought in for once-off projects.
Can I add on hours to my retainer?
Yes of course! Felxibility is the name of the game! Your retainer can have an ad-hoc add-on package, you can increase your monthly hours if the scope of work grows. We align to the needs of your business as it grows.
How many hours do certain tasks take?
Different tasks take different amounts of time. We will always give you a time quote on the activities for the month before we get started.
Can I choose my account manager?
While each person in our team is an expert in their own field, we know that sometimes you might have a favourite person in mind. We'll always do our best to pair you with the person you know and work well with.
What do you mean by hands on approach?
We mean that we keep you central to every process, you will never be surprised by a deliverable. We walk you through every stage of your strategy implementation and at the end make sure that we can walk away from you feeling completely empowered and knowledgable about everything we've done or created for you.
